John Clements Family seeks an experienced management-level professional to lead the Private Markets NAV accounting team, ensuring delivery excellence across client relationships. The role combines technical fund accounting expertise with strong leadership to oversee daily operations and talent development.

Responsibilities include overseeing NAV accounting activities, reviewing deliverables, coaching staff, and acting as the escalation point for client and audit matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in Alternative Investments, Private Markets, or Fund Accounting.
• Proven leadership and performance-management experience.
• Experience handling multiple client relationships and escalations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end NAV accounting for private markets across assigned client relationships.
• Review and approve NAV packages, financial reporting schedules, and other fund outputs.
• Directly manage and lead Associates and Senior Associates.
• Conduct performance evaluations, performance discussions, and talent assessments.
• Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and career development guidance to team members.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for client, audit, and operational matters.
