Job summary

Laystrength Inc. in Makati/BGC is hiring Private Fitness Coaches. You will privately coach 6–7 clients per month at home around Makati & BGC, delivering customized programs and 3–4 sessions daily. No gym or office duties; work during standard client hours.

We offer a 14‑day training and onboarding, a 3‑month probation (30k–35k), then a regular 40k–50k salary, plus free international certifications, travel incentives, and a transportation budget if you don’t drive.

Free motorcycle & complete gears provided by company (If you don't drive motorcycles, it will be converted into a transportation budget instead)

Free exercise science certifications from the company (Private Coach Level 1, 2, 3 certification workshops with other coaches)

Incentive options after 9 months as Senior Coach I (Incentives are rewards sponsored by the company for a coach's good performance)

Free International Certification (ASCA/ ISCI/ EXOS/ PN certification)

Free Travel Incentives (All-expense paid) (Seoul/ Bali/ Vietnam/ KL/ HK/ Japan/ Thailand)

Science-based coaches who are not overly theoretical

Coaches who don't like companies pressuring them to become a salesperson

Bachelor degree holders of sports science/ physical therapy/ international certifications

Coaches with good values & ethics

Availability to work standard business hours for client sessions required

Majority of our coaches have high honors or receive high ratings from their clients.

You will privately coach 6-7 clients per month (home service) around Makati & BGC and make effective programs for them. The average number of sessions per day is 3-4 sessions.

No gym or office duties, WFH only when making programs.
