Responsibilities

Maintaining and monitoring all printers returned from clients.
Conduct thorough inspections of used or damaged equipment to identify issues and assess refurbishing requirements.
Create detailed reports on the condition of each unit, outlining necessary repairs and parts replacements.
Disassemble equipment and components, carefully documenting the process to facilitate reassembly.
Clean internal parts and wash the cover panels and trays, ensuring removal of any dirt and debris.
Diagnose and repair mechanical or electronic issues in machine.
Conduct functional test on repaired or replaced components to ensure proper operation.
Processing the calibration of the machine.
