Private Company in Calamba City, Laguna seeks an experienced Printer to join the production team in a full-time role. You will operate and maintain diverse printing equipment, ensuring high-quality materials meet client specifications and safety standards.

You will handle plate preparation, machine setup, and color management while maintaining equipment through routine maintenance. The position offers growth, team support, and a structured schedule in a dynamic printing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Printer or in similar printing role.
• Technical knowledge of printing processes and equipment operation.
• Ability to read and interpret printing specifications, colour separations and job tickets.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in printing operations.
• Relevant vocational qualifications or certifications in printing technology (preferred).
• Experience with digital printing technology or colour management systems (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain printing equipment including offset presses and digital printers.
• Prepare printing plates and set up machines per job specifications and work orders.
• Monitor print quality and adjust for colour accuracy and alignment.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment.
• Load paper and manage inventory of supplies.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and report issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety protocols and keep work area clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team to meet production deadlines.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality.
