Job summary

onsemi in Carmona, Cavite, Philippines is seeking a Test and Product Engineer to manage non-conforming materials, debug test programs, and improve device yield. You will optimize tests, review specifications, and lead line personnel in quality controls.

Collaborate with operations on yield issues and maintain close communications with BU and FAB engineering to drive yield improvements and product performance.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering (preferrably Electronics or Electrical).
• Experience in test or product engineering.
• Knowledgeable in different testing methodologies.
• Working knowledge on Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
• Knowledgeable in SPC and problem solving methodologies.
• Analytical with good verbal and written communication.
• Team player.

• Non-conforming materials management, analysis and disposition
• Perform test program debugging , revisions and optimization
• Analysis and improvement of Device/product yield
• Test optimization and improvements
• Review and revision of process and product specifications
• Lead technicians and manufacturing line personnel in implementing quality controls and procedure
• Collaboration with operations team on product and yield issues
• Establish close loop communications with BU and FAB engineering on product yield performance and improvements

Qualifications

• BS Engineering, preferrably major in Electronics or Electrical
• Experience in test or product engineering
• Knowledgeable in different testing methodologies is an advantage
• Working knowledge on any Automated Test Equipment
• Knowledgeable on statistical process control and problem solving methodologies
• Analytical with good verbal and oral communication skills
• Team Player
