Principal SRE Engineer/ Architect - This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, leading DevOps transformation, and ensuring production readiness across platforms.

About the Role

Core Technical Skills

• Automation & DevOps Practices: Building CI/CD pipelines, implementing self-healing systems, and driving automation across environments.
• Incident Management & Root Cause Analysis: Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to lead incident response effectively.
• System Performance & Scalability: Knowledge of distributed computing, load balancing, and capacity planning.
• Observability & Monitoring Tools: Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and similar platforms.
• ITSM & Compliance: Familiarity with IT service management and regulatory standards.
• Network Concepts: Wireshark, TCP/IP, F5, Load balancer, Proxies, FTP/SFTP.
• Certificate management: Venafi, ECMS, OpenSSL, cipher suites.
• Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to identify issues, analyze results, and come up with optimal, innovative solutions.
