Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 7+ years of designing and building large-scale distributed systems.
• Experience leading technical strategy and architecture for organizations of 30+ engineers.
• Proven track record of delivering high-performance data systems with programmatic interfaces.
• Experience presenting technical strategies to senior executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ownership for overall system architecture, technology, scalability, reliability, and performance for key AIP services in Automotive.
• Demonstrate technology thought leadership directly with AWS customers and at Industry Events
• Facilitate technical collaboration across AIP services and work with other PEs across AIP and Amazon.
• Mentor and develop engineers, help define and grow the technical culture, and assist in attracting and retaining top engineering talent
• Demonstrate both Amazon LP's and Amazon Principal Engineering Tenets.
