Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy or related field.
• 1–2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the Philippine market preferred; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged.
• Experience in Primary Care products is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; results-oriented with good planning and time management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and territory objectives.
• Plan and execute daily field activities to maximize coverage.
• Promote Primary Care products to physicians, clinics, and hospitals.
• Provide compliant product presentations and timely follow-ups.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and key opinion leaders.
• Submit accurate sales, call, and expense reports on time.
