Job summary

Qualifications

• Finance and Accounting undergrad with internship required.
• Willing to extend internship hours and work hybrid.
• Basic accounting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• KNIME or similar automation tools trained.
• LEAN, Six Sigma trained.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and complete projects to streamline accounting operations via process simplification, standardization and/or automation.
• Perform low-risk operational activities like manual journal entries, account reconciliation or budgeting and forecasting.
• Participate in meetings to identify opportunities to streamline/simplify work.
• Lead/participate in GBS-wide engagement activities and present results to leadership.
• Support APM policy reviews and automation efforts as assigned.
