Qualifications

Job Description: LEADS AND DIRECTS THE DAILY OPERATIONS OF THE TEAM, ENSURING ALIGNMENT WITH DEPARTMENTAL OBJECTIVES, PARTICULARLY IN THE AREAS OF RETAIL PRICING, DISCOUNTING STRATEGIES, AND DATA MANAGEMENT.

  • Develop and implement retail pricing strategies and models that align with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze pricing trends, making adjustments as necessary to respond to market changes
  • Prepare and present pricing reports for senior management
  • Manage pricing software and tools to ensure accurate and efficient pricing operations
  • Responsible for evaluating discount/subsidy of Retail Stations to maximize profitability
  • Ensure all retail station discounts are approved according to established process
  • Monitor and approval of Price Match and Price Protection based on guidelines
  • Provide insights on transactional data to assist internal and external Retail customers to assist in increasing profitability
  • Manages and ensures active or current lubes pricing for Retail are uploaded in Salesforce
  • Generate various reports that will require analysis for all Sales groups when needed
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies are effectively executed
