Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Lead in Taguig to take on a high-impact role as a business partner focused on driving pricing strategy for a multinational FMCG company.

The ideal candidate will build and refine pricing models, analyze market data, and partner with Sales & Marketing. The position offers fair compensation, flexible work arrangements, and requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in financial planning, analysis, pricing, and/or financial reporting.
• Industry experience in FMCG or distribution is an advantage.
• Amenable to working with a lean team in its growth phase.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine pricing models to optimize margin and competitiveness.
• Analyze market, competitor, and consumer data to identify growth levers.
• Evaluate promo effectiveness and track ROI across channels.
• Drive mix and pack-price architecture improvements for revenue uplift.
• Partner with Sales & Marketing on RGM strategies and scenarios.
