Job summary

HSBC in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Analyst - Pricing to own and manage enterprise reference data across asset classes, including Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives & FX. You will maintain instrument reference data and support BAU processes while delivering high-quality, timely service.

The role requires strong knowledge of capital markets data, vendor systems (Refinitiv, Bloomberg), and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English – spoken and written.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge on Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives & FX related products & Money Market products.
• Experience with vendor systems – Refinitiv & Bloomberg data feed.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Work on own initiative.
• Good knowledge of Derivatives/Fixed Income/Equities/FX Rates (D).
• Should be able to work flexible hours (Night Shift/Rotation Shift).
• Graduate in Commerce, Finance or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage enterprise reference data maintenance across asset classes (Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives & FX).
• Maintain prices of Instrument Reference data and support BAU processes.
• Deliver high-quality customer-driven service with accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify and design improvements in process workflows.
• Monitor and escalate errors/irregular transactions promptly.
• Adhere to Group policies and internal control standards.
• Acquire and update knowledge on procedures to ensure timely completion.
• Investigate and resolve issues with recommended corrective actions.
