Pricing and Analysis Manager

Are you a data‑driven strategist with a passion for pricing, market analysis, and revenue growth? We’re seeking a Pricing and Analysis Manager to lead our pricing strategy, guide a team of analysts, and collaborate across departments to maximize profitability and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement pricing strategies aligned with business goals, market conditions, and customer value.
• Conduct research to assess pricing trends, competitor positioning, and customer behavior.
• Build and maintain pricing tools, frameworks, and discount structures to support strategic decisions.
• Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure pricing consistency and alignment.
• Analyze pricing metrics such as revenue, margin, and elasticity to evaluate effectiveness and identify opportunities.
• Recommend pricing adjustments, bundling strategies, and value‑added services to enhance profitability.
• Assist in developing pricing proposals and negotiating contracts while balancing revenue goals and client satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a team of pricing analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Work with product and finance teams to evaluate pricing tiers and optimize portfolio performance.
• Ensure adherence to pricing regulations and industry standards.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in pricing analysis, revenue management, or related roles.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
