Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring

• Design and implement formative and summative assessments.
• Track and evaluate student progress, adjusting instruction as needed.
• Provide regular feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance.

Classroom Management

• Create and maintain a positive, respectful classroom environment.
• Implement behavior management strategies to foster a safe and productive learning space.
