Job summary

Growing Tots Daycare & Learning Center in Makati is seeking a caring preschool teacher to plan and deliver age-appropriate activities for children aged 2–5. You will foster a playful, inclusive classroom that supports social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers and leadership, documentation of progress for parents, maintaining a safe learning space, and growth within our network of centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field.
• At least 1 - 2 years of experience teaching preschool or nursery, preferably in a play-based setting.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and play-based learning methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, energetic, creative, and able to engage young children.
• LPT preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities for children aged 2–5 years
• Create a playful, inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth
• Observe, assess, and document each child's progress; communicate updates to parents regularly
• Manage daily routines (circle time, free play, story time, snack, nap, outdoor play)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and center leadership on curriculum development and events
