SoftwareOne seeks an AWS Solutions Architect in Manila to design secure, scalable AWS solutions across presales and delivery. You will partner with customers, sales, and delivery teams to translate business needs into practical cloud architectures and drive successful implementation.

You will work on data center modernization, cloud migrations, and hybrid cloud adoption, applying best practices, IaC, and modern DevOps approaches in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Experience designing and delivering AWS cloud solutions, including migrations and modernization.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Hands-on with IaC and automation practices (Terraform and/or CloudFormation).

Join our Cloud Services team as an AWS Solutions Architect, where you'll work closely with customers, sales teams, and delivery specialists to design and implement secure, scalable, and modern cloud solutions. This role combines both presales and delivery responsibilities, allowing you to influence customer strategy while ensuring successful solution implementation.

You'll be part of a highly collaborative cloud practice focused on helping organizations modernize their infrastructure, accelerate cloud adoption, and maximize the value of their AWS investments. Working alongside sales, engineering, and consulting teams, you'll support customers throughout their cloud transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and sales teams to understand business objectives and design tailored AWS solutions.
• Guide organizations through cloud transformation initiatives, including data center modernization, cloud migrations, and hybrid cloud adoption.
• Design secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud architectures aligned with AWS best practices.
• Lead technical discussions, presentations, workshops, and responses to customer proposals and RFPs.
• Provide architectural oversight during project delivery, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
• Stay at the forefront of AWS innovation and share technical expertise with customers and internal teams.

Job Requirements

• Strong experience designing and delivering AWS cloud solutions, including migration and modernization initiatives.
• Deep understanding of AWS architecture, cloud security, networking, and governance best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation) and automation practices.
• Knowledge of modern cloud-native technologies, including containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps methodologies.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
• AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect and/or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer are highly valued.
