Job summary
A leading casino and hospitality company in Metro Manila is seeking a guest service representative to enhance customer experience and assist with various bookings and promotions. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in the casino industry and possesses excellent customer service skills. Multilingual abilities in Chinese, Korean, or Japanese are a plus, along with strong computer skills.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of guest service experience in the casino industry.
- Outgoing personality and proactive working attitude.
- Able to communicate in English effectively, in both written and oral forms.
Responsibilities
- Increases and improves customer's play and visitation in the property.
- Gathers feedback from patrons to enhance events and promotions.
- Assists patrons with hotel, limo, and restaurant bookings.

Overview
- Increases and improves customer's play and visitation in the property.
- Gathers feedback from patrons to enhance the development of new events and other incentives in the property and promote in-house programs and promotions as well as assist Event & Promotion in the execution of events & promotions.
- Prepares and updates Arrivals and Departures of Players/ makes reservations for hotel rooms/updates reservations of hotel rooms for players/players pick up or send off player's airport/checks incoming flight times for airlines.
- Assists patrons with hotel, limo, and restaurant bookings.
- Proactively resolves any guest issue that arises, including the coordination of departmental assistance when necessary.
- Achieves quarterly goals, such as turnover, drop, filling special events, telemarketing efforts, profit, etc.
- Supports the overall development of the player database focusing on the foreigner database.
Minimum Requirements
- At least college graduate
- At least 1 year of guest service experience in the casino industry
- Outgoing personality and proactive working attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Able to communicate in English effectively, in both written and oral forms.
- Proficient in Chinese, Korean or Japanese languages.
