• Can handle operations and branch personnel.

• Able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily shop operations including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
• Drive sales performance and manage budgets to meet financial targets.
• Recruit, train, and schedule employees; maintain an appealing and organized sales floor.
• Ensure monthly achievement of financial targets for motorcycle sales and related shop income.
• Plan and control inflow/outflow of stocks and safeguard assets from loss or damage.
• Prepare and submit loan folders and documents for timely payments and claims.
