Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and evaluate customer requests for motorcycle repairs and maintenance and prepare accurate job orders.
• Process and monitor warranty claims, service coupons, and related documentation with suppliers and service personnel.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding repair status, warranty claims, and after-sales services for satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns and complaints, coordinating with relevant departments for prompt resolution.
• Prepare and submit required service, technical, warranty, and operational reports to management and Head Office.
