Job summary

Bagful of Glitter, via its Binhi Diamonds brand, is opening its first mall space at Trinoma, Quezon City. We’re hiring two Store Sales Associates to deliver personal, memorable service and help customers find meaningful jewelry within their budgets.

You’ll learn the product stories, guide customers through their choices, and help maintain a premium in-store experience during a busy mall season.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
• Experience in luxury retail, jewelry, fashion, beauty, or premium brands is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable representing a premium jewelry brand and handling high value items.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and shifting mall schedules.

Responsibilities

• Create welcoming, high quality customer experiences in-store.
• Identify customer needs and advise on pieces that fit style and budget.
• Present and explain products, pricing, and details clearly.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Support transactions, inventory, and store operations.
• Assist with visual merchandising and mall activations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
