Job summary

La Rose Noire Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee production operations within our food manufacturing facility.

The role focuses on meeting production targets, ensuring food safety standards, and delivering premium products. The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of managerial experience in a food manufacturing environment, strong leadership and planning skills, and a track record of driving productivity and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of managerial experience in a food manufacturing company.
• College degree or equivalent qualification required.
• Strong experience in managing production operations, people, schedules, and manufacturing performance.
• Excellent leadership, management, and team-building skills.
• Strong planning, organization, and decision-making ability.
• Effective verbal, listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Training or certification in FSSC, cGMP, Food Safety, or Bread & Pastry Production is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall supervision and direction of the production operational system.
• Plan, organize, and regulate production and maintenance operations.
• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies and action plans to achieve plant production targets.
• Ensure the consistent production of high-quality, premium products.
• Establish and monitor production schedules based on customer requirements and operational priorities.
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement across production operations.
• Encourage the use of new techniques and promote fact-based problem solving.
• Identify production issues, analyze root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Coordinate closely with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, R&I, and other support departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, food safety standards, and quality requirements.
