Job summary

Gulati Construction Company is seeking a sharp Preconstruction Estimator / Project Coordinator with 3–7 years of residential and light commercial experience to lead takeoffs, cost estimates, and bid coordination in Southern California.

You will analyze plans, coordinate with subs, track bids, support proposals, and assist in preconstruction activities while staying highly organized and independent. Flexible hybrid/remote options may apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience in residential or commercial construction.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Excel, or similar estimating tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and local pricing in Southern California.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
