Job summary

Chronometer Corporation is seeking a Watch Technician in Ortigas, Pasig to repair, maintain and service a variety of watches. The role requires diagnosing issues, replacing components, and keeping detailed service records.

You will also manage spare parts, tools, and stay updated with watchmaking techniques to ensure top quality workmanship. The position offers on-site work in Ortigas, Pasig, with opportunities for training and career progression within the workshop.

Qualifications

• Certification or diploma in watchmaking.
• Experience as a watch technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of watch movements and mechanisms.
• Skill in using watch repair tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail and good manual dexterity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to be Assigned in Ortigas, Pasig

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, quartz, and automatic watches.
• Replace watch components such as batteries, crystals, bands, and movement parts.
• Conduct routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and calibration of watches.
• Inspect repaired watches to ensure quality standards.
• Test watches for accuracy, functionality, and durability.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs and services performed.
• Manage and organize spare parts inventory.
• Order and replenish stock as needed to ensure availability of components.
• Keep track of tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Stay updated with watchmaking techniques and advancements.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures in the workshop.
