• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Slice, cut, and portion meat according to required specifications
• Operate meat slicers and other cutting equipment safely and properly
• Ensure meat products are prepared accurately and consistently
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area and equipment
• Properly store and handle meat products to maintain freshness and quality
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
• Check the quality and condition of meat before processing
• Assist with other kitchen or meat preparation tasks as needed
