Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of butcher experience in food retail or similar environment.
• Hands-on experience in meat cutting, trimming, deboning and portioning.
• Knowledge of meat handling and food safety practices.
• Ability to safely operate butcher tools and equipment.
