Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, reliable operation of production equipment in a dynamic electronics manufacturing environment in Cavite, Philippines. You will perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot diverse systems, and support setup/changeovers to minimize downtime.

The role requires a bachelor’s level electronics background, 1+ year of relevant experience, and willingness to work in shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Technology in Electronics or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant electronics manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of electronic components operation and applications.
• Knowledge of basic electropneumatic, mechanical and electrical systems.
• Willingness to work in shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic control systems.
• Support equipment setup, changeovers, and line restart.
• Maintain maintenance documentation and spare parts inventory.
• Participate in TPM, OEE, and continuous improvement initiatives.
