Job summary

Minebea Philippines, Inc. seeks a Machinist to operate and set up manual and CNC machines in a Bataan manufacturing unit. You will read technical drawings, select tools, and ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards.

Fresh graduates are welcome; basic machining knowledge is a plus. You will contribute to a safe, clean work area and follow established procedures and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant vocational/technical course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; basic machining knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
• Experience with precision measuring tools is beneficial.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up manual and CNC machines according to production needs.
• Read blueprints and machining specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Select cutting tools, fixtures, and machine settings appropriately.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and monitor production quality.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools and verify tolerances.
• Identify and report issues; assist in troubleshooting when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of machines and workspace.
• Follow production procedures and safety guidelines.
