This fast-paced, detail-oriented role combines physical stamina with technical precision, requiring you to operate RF scanners, verify SKUs and quantities, and meet tight shipping deadlines. You will support stock replenishment, cycle counts, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in compliance with warehouse procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or College level.
• At least 1 year experience in Warehouse Operations.
• Proficiency with warehouse zones (Inbound/Outbound).
• Ability to distinguish minor SKU differences.
• Able to stand 8–10 hours, walk long distances, and lift weights.
• Basic computer literacy and experience with Warehouse Management Systems or scanners.

Responsibilities

• Locating products within the warehouse using paper pick-slips or digital handheld scanners.
• Sealing packages to prevent damage during transit.
• Verifying item, SKU, and quantity match the order before shipping.
• Assisting with stock replenishment, cycle counts, and reporting inventory discrepancies.
• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborating with Warehouse Operations Supervisor.
