Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret assembly drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Experience using common hand tools and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, sub-assembly, and integration per documentation and work instructions.
• Read and follow assembly drawings, BOMs, SOPs, and visual work instructions.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure quality and compliance with specs.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and equipment safely.
• Identify and report nonconforming materials and process deviations.
• Support troubleshooting and corrective actions for routine issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Follow all ESD, safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Materials teams.
• Support training and knowledge sharing activities.
