Job summary

Riclet Technological Manufacturing Inc. in Dasmariñas is seeking a CNC Lathe Operator to program, set up, and operate CNC lathes to meet tight tolerances and specifications.

You will read engineering drawings, select tooling, adjust speeds/feeds, inspect parts with calipers and micrometers, troubleshoot basic issues, and maintain safe, clean machines according to production schedules. Experience with G-code/M-code and CNC programming is preferred, and a prior year in manufacturing is valued.

Qualifications

• G-code/M-code knowledge and CNC programming aptitude.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience with measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Familiarity with cutting tools, tooling setup, speeds/feeds and machine offsets.
• Basic machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance awareness.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality.
