A leading company in the beverage industry is seeking a Pre-Seller to manage retail outlets. Your responsibilities will include taking customer orders, promoting products, and ensuring product visibility. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and experience in sales or retail, and must hold a valid motorcycle driver's license.
The Pre-Seller is responsible for visiting retail outlets within a designated territory to take customer orders, introduce new products or promotions, and ensure optimal product availability and visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned outlets daily according to route plans.
Collect and record customer orders accurately.
Promote new products, offers, and ongoing marketing campaigns to customers.
Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and shelf presence at retail locations.
Gather market feedback and report competitor activities.
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's product range and pricing.
Sr. High school diploma or Vocational Course; College education in Business or Marketing is a plus.
Proven experience in sales, retail, or distribution preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer literacy i.e. MS Office
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Valid Professional driver’s license (can drive a motorcycle).
