Job summary

QSJ Motors Phil.Inc. in the Philippines seeks an entry-level Service Assistant to support pre-delivery inspections and basic vehicle checks, ensuring quality standards are met.

You will assist technicians, maintain a clean work area, and coordinate with service and sales teams to prepare vehicles for delivery. The role requires a valid driver’s license, physical fitness for manual tasks, and a team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• High School or Vocational Graduate required.
• Experience in automotive utility or related work is an advantage.
• Has a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting pre-delivery inspections of vehicles to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform basic vehicle checks (cleanliness, accessories, fluids, etc.).
• Support technicians in addressing minor issues identified during inspection.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
• Coordinate with the service and sales team regarding vehicle readiness.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
