Job summary

Best Tools Group (INGCO) in Metro Manila is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily retail operations for our power tools retailer. You will ensure policy compliance, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales results in a busy store environment.

You will lead a small team, manage inventory, train staff on product knowledge, and uphold safety and merchandising standards. The role requires a bachelor's degree preferred and 6 months to 1 year of relevant retail experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business-related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant retail experience.
• Proven leadership potential and ability to supervise staff.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and inventory control.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and drive targets.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations ensuring policy compliance and operational standards.
• Motivate and coordinate store personnel to ensure task delegation and productivity.
• Monitor sales performance and implement selling strategies to meet targets.
• Ensure accurate inventory, stock replenishment, and organized stockrooms.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and quick issue resolution.
• Guide employees in product knowledge, selling techniques, and operations.
• Ensure implementation of safety, merchandising, and cleanliness standards.
• Prepare and review operational and sales reports, identify improvements.
