Job summary

TQA seeks a Power Platform Administrator to govern environments, data policies, and licensing across client tenants. You will ensure safe scaling, implement governance models, and manage Copilot resources while communicating clearly with makers and stakeholders.

You will diagnose apps, flows and agents, maintaining defensible policy baselines and guiding design changes. This is a client-facing governance role, not a build role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on governance with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse (4+ years).
• 2+ years owning governance as primary responsibility.
• Clear written and spoken English; able to justify decisions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to client governance models with estate evidence.
• Forecast license, capacity and Copilot Credit needs.
• Implement environment topologies and control default envs.
• Govern at group scope with environment groups and rules.
• Configure Managed Environments and licensing implications.
• Run backup, restore, copy, admin mode, deletion and recovery safely.
• Monitor Dataverse capacity and cost implications.
• Track license and Copilot Credit allocation and consumption.
• Maintain defensible data policy baseline (DLP).
• Fix DLP-driven issues in live solutions and explain fixes.
