Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise-scale Power BI administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric ecosystem.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of security, governance, and compliance in regulated environments.
• Experience with REST APIs automation and SaaS concepts.
• Strong SQL skills; familiarity with Python or Spark.

• Provide support and incident management; lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist users with consulting to build their own reports.
• Organize and support activities related to the Power BI Community.
• Manage capacities (Fabric), performance tuning, cost optimization, and workload balancing.
• Implement and monitor security and compliance (Azure AD integration, RLS/OLS/CLS, data sensitivity, GDPR compliance).
• Oversee integration with enterprise data platform (Dataland).
• Maintain platform documentation, standards, and knowledge base.

Duties & Responsibilities

In this role, you will

• Administer and govern the enterprise Power BI tenant aligned with IT EDP standards
• Provide support and incident management; lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist users if they need consulting advice to build their own reports
• Organize and support activities related to the Power BI Community
• Manage capacities (Fabric), performance tuning, cost optimization, and workload balancing

Requirements

• Extensive experience administering Power BI at enterprise scale
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Fabric ecosystem
• Strong communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and troubleshooting
• Deep understanding of security, governance, and compliance in regulated environments (e.g., pharma)
• Experience with automation using REST APIs, and Software-as-a-Service concepts
• Solid understanding of data modeling, semantic layers, and analytics patterns
• Expertise with SQL and familiarity with Python, or Spark

Nice‑to‑have Qualifications

• Experience in large, global organizations with distributed data ownership
• Microsoft certifications (PL‑300, DP‑600)
• Experience with monitoring tools and observability practices
