Job summary

Kroll Global Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled Power BI Administrator to oversee administration, governance, and operational management of our Power BI environment. You will manage tenant settings, workspaces, gateways, and deployment pipelines, while ensuring security and change control.

Collaborate with BI developers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to support report lifecycle management, automation, and CI/CD for BI content in a modern cloud data environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven enterprise Power BI administration experience.
• Strong Power BI governance & tenant admin knowledge.
• Experience managing Git repositories and version control.
• Experience automating workflows with PowerShell or Python.
• Experience designing CI/CD for analytics/BI platforms.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise Power BI environment (tenants, workspaces, gateways).
• Manage Git repository for Power BI assets and PR workflows.
• Develop automation for Power BI tasks and deployment workflows.
• Govern deployment pipelines across dev, test, and prod.
• Define and enforce Power BI governance standards.
• Monitor platform health, refresh performance, and gateway reliability.
• Collaborate with BI developers and stakeholders on report lifecycle.
• Implement CI/CD for Power BI content and artifacts.
• Ensure data security, access management, and change control.
• Document procedures and deployment standards.
• Provide guidance on development standards and production support.
• Identify efficiency improvements via automation.
