Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a Power BI Developer to turn complex data into scalable analytics, semantic models, and actionable insights. You will apply Power BI, DAX, Power Query, SQL, and AI-assisted analytics within Microsoft Fabric environments, delivering end-to-end BI solutions for our Australian client.

This role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) with day shifts in Makati/Clark/Cebu, competitive salary, HMO on day one, and ample opportunities for upskilling and career growth.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Power BI dashboard development and analytics solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
• Experience with semantic model design and data modeling best practices.
• Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Dataflows.
• Knowledge of Power BI Service, security, dataset refreshes, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Copilot, AI-assisted analytics, and modern data and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models.
• Develop DAX measures, data models, and Power Query transformations to support business reporting requirements.
• Integrate data from multiple sources and ensure data quality, accuracy, and performance.
• Publish, manage, and support Power BI solutions within Power BI Service and Microsoft Fabric environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Support BI solution enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, and documentation.
• Explore and apply AI-assisted analytics capabilities, including AI-ready semantic model practices where relevant.
