Job summary

SMC Integrated Farm Specialist Inc. in Pagbilao, Quezon, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in a poultry processing environment.

You will ensure proper storage, handling, and dispatch of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods while maintaining compliance with food safety standards and inventory accuracy. The role requires a bachelor's degree in logistics or related field and 2–4 years of warehouse experience, preferably in poultry or cold storage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years warehouse experience, preferably in poultry, food manufacturing, or cold storage operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse systems.
• Familiarity with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP).
• Experience in poultry processing, meat industry, manufacturing, or food facility is an advantage.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of poultry products, raw materials, and packaging supplies.
• Ensure proper cold storage management (chillers, freezers) and temperature monitoring.
• Implement FIFO / FEFO to maintain product quality and shelf life.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, and Logistics for daily warehouse activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly physical inventory.
• Investigate and report inventory variances, damages, and expiries.
• Ensure proper documentation for inbound and outbound transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and pest control standards.
• Support audits and inspections (internal and external).
