DatologyAI is seeking a Research Scientist to lead post-training data curation for foundation models. You will design algorithms to generate and refine instruction-following data and explore joint optimization of pre- and post-training data across stages.

You will work autonomously with engineers and product teams to translate research into impactful data solutions for scalable model improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of deep learning research experience.
• Experience with post-training large vision, language, and multimodal models.
• Post-training data curation and/or synthetic data methods.

Responsibilities
