Job summary

DatologyAI is seeking a highly technical Solutions Engineer to support customers in a pre‑sales role, partnering with strategic prospects to understand data curation needs and design scalable, impactful solutions.

You will work with customer ML teams to design PoCs, connect data curation decisions to measurable outcomes, and communicate results to technical and executive audiences across the ML lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven pre‑sales experience with ML platforms and PoCs.
• Strong hands‑on ML training and evaluation knowledge across pre‑training, mid‑training and post‑training.
• Ability to design evaluation plans, select metrics, and interpret results for customers.

Responsibilities

• Embed with strategic customers to understand data curation needs and technical requirements.
• Lead end‑to‑end customer PoCs linking data curation, training behavior and evaluation outcomes.
• Design and execute model evaluations with appropriate benchmarks and baselines.
• Produce customer‑ready evaluation reports with methodology and conclusions.
• Communicate technical results to ML experts and executives, outlining tradeoffs in compute and deployment cost.
• Collaborate with GTM, Engineering and Research to ensure smooth customer experiences and actionable insights.
• Provide technical training and clear documentation for prospects.
