Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Reconciliations Manager in Investment Middle Office Services to lead day-to-day post-trade reconciliation activities, drive root-cause analysis, and strengthen controls across cash and asset reconciliations.

You will partner with custodians, brokers, and client-facing teams to resolve issues, deliver timely outcomes, and support digital solutions and process improvements in a global operations setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a reconciliations or operations team.
• Strong analytical and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly to stakeholders.
• Experience partnering across operations, client-facing teams, and technology.
• Knowledge of financial products and trade lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trade matching, confirmation, and reconciliations for the client service model.
• Perform cash reconciliations across client, custodian, fund, and internal books.
• Perform asset reconciliations and investigate position differences.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and validate outcomes with data.
• Partner with client-facing teams to communicate status and timelines.
• Coordinate with custodians, brokers, and transfer agents to resolve issues.
• Escalate risks and control issues; track actions to closure.
• Produce regular and ad hoc reporting on metrics and controls.
• Support system testing, enhancements, and delivery of digital solutions.
• Manage onboarding of new client activity and service changes.
