Monthly Salary: ₱50,000 – ₱80,000 (based on experience)
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Bulk Segment – Fresh Foods division. This critical leadership role is designed for someone who understands the dynamics of high-volume trading, particularly with High-End Traders, Wet Market Traders, and Piso Traders across the country.
You’ll be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing B2B sales team, building institutional relationships, and executing strategic plans to drive consistent revenue growth in the fresh and perishable food space.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of B2B Sales Executives (Hunters and Farmers)
Design and implement sales strategies for bulk and institutional clients across multiple trading tiers
Cultivate and expand relationships with high-potential clients, including wet market consolidators and bulk fresh food buyers
Monitor team performance, ensure KPIs and revenue targets are met or exceeded
Develop data-driven plans based on seasonal, market, and product trends
Collaborate closely with logistics, finance, procurement, and operations to ensure account satisfaction and fulfillment efficiency
Provide timely reporting to senior management on sales performance and competitive landscape
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Agribusiness, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
Strong background in bulk/institutional food sales, ideally in fresh foods, wet markets, or traditional trade distribution
Proven success in handling High-End Traders, Wet Market Traders, and Piso Traders
Strategic thinker with hands-on skills in execution and negotiation
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and performance tracking tools
Willing to travel as needed for market visits and regional alignment
