Job description

1. Install, configure, and test POS hardware and software at client locations
2. Troubleshoot installation issues and ensures systems are fully functional before handover
3. Provide basic training to end-users on how to operate the system
4. Ensure all installations meet company standards and client requirements
5. Conduct system checks and maintenance visits as needed
6. Document installations and submit timely service reports
7. Coordinate with the technical support and project management teams
8. Maintain and manage POS inventory assigned for deployment
9. Travel to various locations nationwide as scheduled or assigned

1. At least aVocational Diploma,Associate Degree, orBachelor's Degreein IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields
2. 1-2 yearsof experience in IT fieldwork or POS system installation is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
3. Familiarity with POS hardware (e.g., terminals, printers, scanners) and software
4. Ability to read and understand technical manuals and installation guides
5. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
6. Physically fit and willing to travel frequently and on short notice
7. Possession of a validDriver's Licenseis an advantage
