Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Cashier for San Carlos Town Center. You will process payments, operate registers and card terminals, and ensure accurate pricing and receipts for every customer.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, cashiering background (POS preferred), strong customer service and reliability. You’ll balance cash drawers, file reports, and keep the checkout area clean and orderly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or any 4-year course.
• Background in cashiering, preferably with POS experience.
• Ability to provide quality customer service.
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Minimum of 1 year in a similar industry.
• Average communication and people skills.
• Computer literate.
• Willing to work in San Carlos Town Center.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change.
• Operate registers, scanners, scales and credit card/debit card terminals.
• Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer.
• Handle exchanges and refunds in a quick, efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer.
• Keep the checkout area clean and orderly.
