Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in the same industry; minimum 1 year in people management.
• Engineering license holder.
• Required trainings: OSH, PCO, Fire Safety, MARINA/PPA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee depot operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and policy compliance.
• Supervise staff, monitor movements, document and authorize processes.
• Lead maintenance, housekeeping, and asset care to minimize delays.
• Enforce policies, conduct compliance checks, and manage expense reporting.
• Develop fire and oil spill readiness; conduct drills and pre-incident planning.
• Ensure IMS documentation and standardized forms are used.
