Responsibilities

• Attend to company requirements prior to construction or installation of pollution control facilities, including permits.
• Monitor installation/construction of pollution sources ensuring compliance with water quality standards and supervise maintenance of pollution control facilities.
• Supervise operation and maintenance of pollution control facilities.
• Report breakdowns and estimated/actual completion dates to relevant government agencies.
• Submit periodic reports to DENR or other agencies upon validation by the General Manager.

Job description

What you\u2019ll be doing

1. Attends to the requirements of the Company prior to the construction or installation of pollution control facilities including the application and securing of necessary pollution permits and renewal thereof.

2. Monitors activities pertaining to the installation or construction of pollution source and control facilities ensuring they are compliance with water quality standard and supervise the proper operation and maintenance of pollution control facilities of the Company;

3. Supervise the proper operation and maintenance of pollution control facilities of the establishment.

4. Report within reasonable time to the concerned government agencies the breakdown of any pollution control facility and the estimated and actual date of completion/repair and operation.

5. Promptly submits validated/certified as correct by the General Manager periodic reports to the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) or any other government agencies requiring such periodic reports.
