Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Participate and contribute to thedevelopment of work/engagement plan,engagement timeline, engagementdeliverables.
  • Participate in the preparation of proposals,bids, quotations, etc.
  • Identify and analyze opportunities, trends,areas for improvements and providerecommendations relevant to the in-scopeprocess/es.
  • Ensure high-quality of work, efficiency andcompliance to policies, practices, andprofessional standards.
  • Develop and maintenance a progresstracker of engagement milestones, tasks,and deliverables. Apply relevant Project
  • Management methodologies/approach.
  • Ensure appropriate stakeholdercommunications.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews,walkthroughs and/or progress meetingswithin team/s and/or the client.
  • Discuss and validate initial findings andobservations with the process owners.
  • Maintain industry knowledge and keepabreast with best practices throughinvolvement in training events, research,articles and thought leadership etc.
  • Collaborate with team members and othernetwork to capitalize opportunities forgrowth and development.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities asmay be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business or relatedfield.
  • Holder of Certified Associate in ProjectManagement (CAPM)
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience inproject management planning, projectmanagement methods, stakeholdermanagement
  • Knowledgeable in using any projectmanagement tools.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office(Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
