Job summary

Peakflo seeks a highly motivated Product Manager Intern to bridge engineering and global finance customers. You will help build and scale core Agentic Workflows—driving autonomous AP/AR processes and AI-powered reporting, while shaping module roadmaps and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with multi-channel triggers and vendor/customer portals, collaborating on ERP integrations and user stories, delivering value in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Product Management, Tech, FinTech, or Management Consulting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to translate AI/financial concepts into business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systems-thinking approach to B2B workflows.
• High degree of user empathy and a passion for removing friction from the customer experience.
• Extreme attention to detail in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
• Genuine interest in Agentic AI and disrupting enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Bridge engineering and go-to-market teams to plan and deliver product features.
• Define and contribute to product strategy and roadmaps for modules.
• Coordinate with ERP integrations (NetSuite, Xero, SAP, QuickBooks) and business tools.
• Translate client pain points into epics and user stories for implementation.
• Drive Agile product development from ideation to launch.
• Measure KPIs like workflow completion and error reduction; contribute to AI self-optimization.
