The ideal candidate should have a TESDA certification and experience in plumbing or a related field. Responsibilities include monitoring water systems, performing standard maintenance procedures, and assisting tenants with service calls. Responsibilities

• Perform standard operating procedures and check mall supply tanks.
• Monitor water flow and pump rooms.
• Conduct water meter readings.
• Assist contractors and tenants with service calls.

Responsibilities

• Do standard operating procedure, check and refill all tanks for mall supply
• Check water flow
• Check all pump room, sumpit and lift station
• Do water meter reading
• Read water meter all Tenant
• Grease and change belt
• Monitoring of Equipment
• Assist contractor
• Assist tenant call and service call
• Do on call duties as needed
