Qualifications

• Preferably TESDA Plumbing NC II certification or other relevant vocational training.
• 1–2 years of experience in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of water supply lines, drainage systems, sanitary fixtures, and piping systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot leaks, clogged drains, and defective fixtures.
• Willing to work overtime or respond to emergency plumbing repairs when necessary.
• Hardworking, reliable, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Repairs water line in all subdivisions including tracing water leakage.
• Facilitates reconnection & disconnection of water meters.
• Replaces gate valves upon requests.
• Reads water meters and distributes water bills as scheduled.
• Cleans water tanks in all subdivisions and buildings every six months.
• Double checks for leaks and unusual meter readings per homeowner.
• Distributes memos to all homeowners.
• In-charge of minor building repairs on other properties/sites.
• Helps with septic tank suction when necessary.
• Acquires needed materials for repair.
• Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor.
